How we work

STEP 1: Setup or assess your current books

If you’re just getting started, we’ll set up your Quickbooks Online account from scratch. If you’re an established business, we’ll look at your existing books and determine the best plan of action to get your books caught up and accurate so we can move forward.

Step 2: the bookkeeping

If there is any catch up or clean up work to be done, we’ll start there. Then, we’ll get a monthly process in place which involves importing transactions from your bank, categorizing and reconciling your books to your bank statements. We’ll pay your bills, reach out to clients for payments and help with anything else you need!

Step 3: Review financial reports

Finally, at the end of the month we’ll pull your financial report and review it for accuracy. You’ll be able to see your income, expenses and most importantly you’ll be able to see how profitable your business really is!
